Bell times

Our school day is carefully structured around a clear timetable, with designated times for learning sessions, activities, and lunch. Knowing the bell times helps students stay organised and make the most of every part of the day.

Punctuality is important for your child’s success. Please ensure your child arrives on time each day. If your child is running late, kindly notify our front office as soon as possible.

Arrival at school

Arrival at school should be ten to fifteen minutes before learning begins. This allows children to benefit from the social and play aspects of school life. It is very important that each child is at school ready to learn at the commencement of the school day.

Collecting students during learning time

For parents needing to collect their child during school hours, please note that the school gates remain locked for safety. You will need to call the school office on 02 6359 5259 and we will arrange for your child to leave class and meet you at the office.

All late arrivals and early departures are recorded in the attendance register, and parents are required to provide a reason for these changes. Late arrivals cause distractions and can waste time when instructions need to be repeated.
